1. Simplicit Leadership Development Programme (1 to 3 days)
This workshop is based on Daniel Goleman’s study of emotional intelligence and leadership, and is focused on equipping participants with effective skills in interpersonal management to facilitate effective teamwork and positive relations amongst teams and their leaders. It includes OPTO+ personality assessments for a detailed look at individual traits and behaviours as they relate to leadership roles.
Participants will learn to :
  • Recognise and manage emotional triggers in themselves and others
  • Build trust and psychological safety within teams
  • Adapt leadership behaviours to different contexts and personalities
  • Strengthen communication, influence, and relationship‑building skills

2. Simplicit Team Management and Delegation (1 to 2 days)
Based on the ideas of Lencioni and Collins, this workshop strengthens team collaboration and provides practical tools to better understand what motivates people and how leaders can better delegate. It includes interactive work sessions on understanding motivation and the seven levels of delegation.
Participants will learn to :
  • Diagnose team dysfunctions and strengthen collaboration
  • Understand what motivates different individuals
  • Apply the seven levels of delegation with confidence
  • Create clarity around roles, expectations, and decision rights

3. Simplicit Leadership Across Cultures (1 to 2 days)
Examining the cultural challenges that your teams face, this workshop dives into how different cultures build trust, give feedback, and make decisions. It uses the eight Behavioral Dimensions, outlined in the Culture Map by Erin Meyer, to build a clear understanding of how culture impacts on business performance.
Participants will learn to :
  • Recognise cultural patterns that influence workplace behaviour
  • Adapt communication and feedback styles across cultures
  • Lead global or cross‑functional teams with greater sensitivity and effectiveness

4. Simplicit Public Speaking & Executive Presence (1 day)
A highly interactive workshop that blends psychology, communication theory, and practical presentation techniques. Participants learn how to speak with confidence, structure compelling messages, and motivate audiences to action.
Participants will learn to :
  • Craft clear, persuasive messages
  • Manage nerves and project confidence
  • Use storytelling and structure to engage audiences
  • Apply voice, body language, and presence effectively
