Using the discussion guides we facilitate 90-minute peer-learning sessions for skill building, leadership insights, and to develop a thriving learning community in your organization. Groups of 4-6 participants discuss a particular topic under the guidance of an expert facilitator. A typical program consists of six 90-minute sessions.
