We collaborate with CoachingOurselves, a high-impact peer-coaching program for management and leadership development. The CoachingOurselves peer-coaching method is based on the work of Professor Henry Mintzberg and is used by over 25,000 leaders in organizations around the world. We facilitate 90-minute peer-learning sessions for skill building, leadership insights, and to develop a thriving learning community in your organization. Groups of 4-6 participants discuss a particular topic under the guidance of an expert facilitator. A typical program consists of six 90-minute sessions.
PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENTS
As partner of MASTER International, I am certified to deliver OPTO psychometric assessments. OPTO is a personality test based on the Big Five Model that measures the most important dimensions of personality for job performance.
